Bidders must comply w/ federal requirements, Davis-Bacon, American I & S, EEO. Good faith efforts toward DBE firms. $100 for electronic plans & specs. Funding by State Revolving Fund. Any subcontracts as per SRF Appendix A - "Equivalency" (published on website).
