Description:
City of Charleston is soliciting bids for new masonry wall and bluestone sidewalk on Charlotte St at Second Presbyterian Church. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on-site April 16, 2024 at 10:00am to assess the current conditions and verify quantities of repairs.
