The Charleston County Aviation Authority will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the design, manufacturing, testing, furnishing, installing, and commissioning of Preconditioned Air Units (PCAs) and Ground Power Units (GPUs) at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC.
There will be no pre-bid conference. All questions, requests for clarification, comments, and/or general communications about the meaning or intent of the Solicitation Documents are to be submitted no later than Wednesday April 10, 2024 at 5:00pm (local time). Such communication received after the deadline may not be answered. All responses to such inquiries will be answered via Addendum. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
