Description:
Scope of work includes the demolition of existing office, administrative, and pathology areas. Construction includes the addition of patient beds with sliding, smoke tight doors, a Nurse Station, Nourishment alcove, Clean Linen and Storage, Soiled Holding, and a new ADA Bathroom. A new smoke barrier will compartmentalize the space.
