Description:

The City of North Charleston intends to obtain grounds maintenance services for the North Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center Complex, North Charleston, SC, to include all landscaped areas around all facilities, all parking lots, and storm water retention areas. Work will include regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning shrubs, bushes and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, raking, cleaning and irrigation system repairs.

Pre-Bid Information:

There will be a Non- Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at North Charleston Coliseum (Club South Meeting Room) located at 5001 Coliseum Drive, North Charleston, SC 29418.
