Description:
This project includes the repair and replacement of existing parking surfaces, sidewalks, and replacing the existing facility monument sign with a new lighted sign that meets guard standards. The interior upfits include reactivating a kitchen for guard use only (not for public use), reconfiguration of restrooms and selective floorplan changes. Additionally, upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and electrical systems will occur.
