MetroConnects is soliciting qualification statements to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of two BRIC Applications (1 – Project and 1 – Scoping). Specifically, MetroConnects is seeking a professional consulting firm to provide expertise to augment staff’s capabilities to ensure compliance with federal regulations while maximizing the recovery of and beneficial uses of the BRIC and FMA funds in the local community.
