Greenwood County is requesting Proposals from interested and qualified Engineering Consulting Firms to perform due diligence services at the Ninety Business Park (NSBP). The NSBP contains approximately 187 acres, located off SC Highway 34 and surrounding the old Greenwood Mills Sloan and Adam Plants, being a portion of TMS# 6895-643-129, as depicted on map attached to the bid documents. Greenwood County holds an exclusive option and marketing rights to the subject property.
