Addendum One (1)
The following information encompasses Addendum No. 3 for the above
referenced RFP. Proposers shall fully consider and acknowledge this Addendum in
the preparation and submittal of its formal proposal. Failure to do so may result in
the proposal being considered unresponsive.
4.4 Pre-Submittal Conference
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday 28 November
2023 at 10:00AM at City Hall located at 125 N. Main St., Memphis, TN 38103, MLK
Conference Room in Hall of Mayors. For further information please contact

4.5 PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS
Proposer shall submit, in a sealed packet, one (1) original (clearly marked on the
outside of the binder as “ORIGINAL”), three (3) completed printed copies, and
two (2) thumb drives containing softcopies of its entire Proposal (including the
signed Covered Letters) on or before the date specified in Section 4.3 Schedule of
Activities no later than 12:00 noon CT.
