Intent: It is the intent of these specifications to secure services from a qualified vendor to provide, deliver, assemble, anchor, disassemble and remove a floating dock platform in Lake Carolyn, upon which a professional pyrotechnic display will occur for the City of Irving’s Fireworks Shows. The Bidder shall be responsible for obtaining and providing all local and state permits, equipment, materials, labor and insurance.



Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
