INTENT: The intent of this solicitation is to secure a contract to provide rentals of golf carts for City of Irving's special events on as-needed basis.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
