    Addendum 3
    1. Solicitation Respond Due Date Change:
    a. Before 10:00AM (EST), Friday, April 19, 2024
    b. This modification for due date change is only to extend the time for completion of
    paperwork and bid packet submission.
    c. This due date change does not allow additional time to schedule any site visits.
    2. Section B; 11.1.11. - 11.1.12. Specification changes to these items:
    a. 11.1.11. On/Rise/Lower/Off Switch: Preferred Brand(s) (alternative will be considered,
    but preferred band is as listed in the original addendum 1. See section i. and ii. below)
    i. Acuity Part # NPODMA-DX (Color: Ivory)
    ii. Hubble Part # NXSWR-ORLO (Color: Ivory)
    b. 11.1.12. Room Controller: Preferred Brand(s) (alternative will be considered, but
    preferred band is as listed in the original addendum 1. See section i. and ii. below)
    i. Acuity Part # NPP16-D-EFP
    ii. Hubble Part # NXRCFX2-1RD-UNV
    3. See new Cost Proposal Sheets attached.
    4. All lay-in fixtures must be installed with support wire/cable in opposite corners to ensure the
    fixture stays in place.
    a. Support wires/cables may need to be provided by the contractor. Existing can be reused if
    possible, but replacements will need to be provided if existing is deemed unusable.
