SUMMARY OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Driggs is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or teams of firms experienced in and holding applicable professional licenses for the design and construction of skate park facilities.  The City of Driggs intends to negotiate a contract with the most qualified responding firm for a Design-Build project that will add an estimated 3,500-5,000sf of beginner and intermediate terrain and features suitable for skateboard, inline skates and bmx bikes.

Professional services required for the 5th Street Skate Park Expansion include:

1.            Community engagement and conceptual planning

2.            Preliminary design & engineering and cost estimating

3.            Completion of final construction plans, specifications and itemized cost schedule

4.            Project construction, construction engineering, inspection and testing
