The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Constitution Trail Lighting Project

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Constitution Trail Lighting Project" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This project consists of the installation of three pole lights on the Blooming Line of the Constitution Trail between Connie Link Amphitheater and the Underwood Park trailhead parking lot. The addition of trail light will help to improve visibility, increase trail convenience, and give trail users a sense of security while passing through at night.

Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
