Sealed Bids for the following project are sought:

2024 Miscellaneous Sidewalk Improvements – 50/50 Sidewalk & ADA Ramps

General Project Description:

This project consists of approximately 48,000 square feet (SF) of Sidewalk Removal, approximately 50,000 SF of PCC Sidewalk construction, construction of ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk vertical displacement removal, driveway pavement reconstruction, storm sewer inlet adjustments and reconstruction along with all necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2024 Miscellaneous Sidewalk Improvements – 50/50 Sidewalk & ADA Ramps” at the following location before the following date and time:

BID DUE DATE: Thursday, February 22, 2024

BID DUE TIME: 11:00 AM

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Opening Time in the Union Pacific Conference Room 338, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761

This is a prevailing-wage project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 15 at 10:00 am at the Uptown One Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, 1 Uptown Circle.
