2 Communication Disclosure
Any communication in reference to this Invitation to Bid between bidders and any City employee or official, outside
of the Purchasing Division, during the entire competitive bidding process is strictly prohibited. Such actions will
result in the disqualification of the vendor/rejection of the vendor's bid.
The only official position of the City is that which is state in writing and issued by the Purchasing Division. No other
means of communication, written or oral, shall be construed as a formal or official response statement.

3 Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Clause
During the performance of this contract, the contractor agrees as follows:
1. The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed,
