The City of Dubuque, Iowa, is soliciting competitive bids for the renovation of approximately 2,600 SF of commercial office space to create a new office location for the City’s Information Services Department. Building systems to be modified by this project include fire suppression and alarm system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage communications.
Work on the Project must be commenced within ten (10) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued and shall be fully completed by July 26, 2024.

There is no Pre-Bid conference, but each bidder may schedule a tour of the project site by contacting Project Architect Benjamin Beard at 563-556-8877 ext. 13 between March 5th and March 8th. Attendance at a tour by prospective bidders is not mandatory.
