Question
On IONWAVE the attributes tab has questions that state it needs to be completed but the bid submittal is hand delivered. Does the attributes tab need to be completed as well as the hand delivered bid form?
Answer Yes, the Attributes are required as well, and serves the purpose of having the bidder acknowledge certain components of their bid. Attributes are required to be acknowledged before the bid opening date and time and will only be collected via Ion Wave from each bidder.

Answer Yes, bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope by the due date and time of the bid opening. Please see the Attachments, "IFB 2024-005 Submittal Documents" and "IFB 2024-005 Bid Form (Excel Version)." It is preferred to submit your bid on the Bid Form (Excel Version).
