Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2023-050 for Johnson County Wastewater
(JCW) State Line Road Force Main Pipe and Fittings Procurement shall be
submitted electronically via IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until 2:00PM CT,
February 1, 2024. At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly
opened and read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at:
https://zoom.us/j/94389776446?pwd=Ni9qakRvb3pkNUdCN2Q4MGZxUGltQT09.
You must be registered as a supplier in IonWave in order to submit a bid and are
encouraged to do so at least two (2) business days prior to the bid opening.
Preliminary bid results will be published to IonWave within one (1) business day from
the scheduled bid opening.
This bid includes the following Work:
Procurement, storage, and delivery of force main pipe and fittings meeting
the specifications described therein for two upcoming construction projects,
State Line Road Main Project and State Line Road Pump Stations Project.
Copies of the specifications are available through IonWave or can be seen and
purchased for a non-refundable fee online at www.drexeltech.com i n t h e i r
eDistribution plan room; additional assistance is available at
distribution@drexeltech.com.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Zoom Video Conferencing
on January 11, 2024, at 10:00AM CT at:
https://zoom.us/j/97890360443?pwd=SFdiczRuU1B5VGU5LzZmY1FaV1N5QT09
Questions must be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on January 22,
2024, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid
opening. A bid bond is not required for this solicitation.
