Commissioning Services for New Health Services Building (HSB)
Johnson County, Kansas
Johnson County, Kansas, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms
to provide whole building commissioning and technical system review services for a
new Health Services Building (HSB), an approximately 150,000 sq-ft facility to house
select services and programs provided by Johnson County's Mental Health
Department and the Department of Health and Environment with a commercial
kitchen to support the Department of Aging & Human Services' Nutrition Program,
as more fully described therein.
Proposals for RFP No. 2024-022 shall be submitted electronically via
IonWave (https://jocogov.ionwave.net) by 2:00PM CT on March 26, 2024, at
which time they will be publicly opened via Zoom Video Conferencing at:
https://zoom.us/j/93410596085?pwd=OFZVb0FpbUVNNEpHUzQxRkJMUUxLUT09.
You must be registered as a supplier in IonWave in order to submit a response and
are encouraged to do so at least two (2) business days prior to the deadline.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 7, 2024, at
2:00PM CT via Zoom Video Conferencing at https://zoom.us/j/93531838030?
pwd=K25QR2haSDdRWDNSRkRsbTEraXN2QT09. Attendance is optional and
does not impact the eligibility of participating in the RFP. The purpose of this
meeting is to offer an overview of the solicitation process and go over general
information for this Project.

2024, to allow adequate time to answer and issue an addendum, if needed.
