The City of Hays is requesting sealed bids for the construction of 2024 Waterline Improvements - Hays, Kansas - COH Project No. 2023-24. Bids will be received by the City Clerk, City of Hays, 1507 Vine Street, Hays, Kansas 67601 until 3:00 p.m. on January 30, 2024.
