NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR SECURITY SYSTEM, SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SYSTEM, ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, AND PEOPLE COUNTING CAMERA SYSTEM AT CITY OF SOMEREST WATERPARK (SOMERSPLASH WATERPARK)

The City of Somerset will be accepting proposals for the replacement and installation of our security system, surveillance camera system, access control system, and people counting camera system located at the City of Somerset Waterpark (SomerSplash Waterpark).

Said proposals will be opened and reviewed at the City of Somerset Council Chambers located at 306 East MT. Vernon Street at 1000 hours or 10:00 AM EST on March 15, 2024.
The proposal will be for the replacement and installation of the following systems: Security System
Surveillance Camera System: preferably in no less than a 64-camera recorder
Access Controls System
People Camera Counting System

Each system must be equal to or better than the system currently already in place. The proposal should include a list of all equipment per system to be installed/used along with the quantity of each item being installed/used in the proposal.

The proposal will be for the replacement and installation of each system listed above. The completion of the project must be completed by May 10, 2024.

Said proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Replacement/Installation of Security System, Surveillance Camera System, Access Control System, and People Counting Camera System Proposal Opening-City of Somerset Watemark and addressed to the City of Somerset, PO Box 989 Somerset, Kentucky 42502.

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION WITH YOUR BID REGARDING LEAD TIME ON ORDERS, MINIMUM ORDERS, BUSINESS LICENSE, ANY ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE, WORK COMP COVERAGE FOR EMPLOYEES, OR FREIGHT CHARGES.

THE CITY OF SOMERSET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS/BIDS.
