Request for Proposals

The City of Somerset Police Department will be accepting sealed proposals for approximately 44 body worn cameras and accessories. Proposals must be received no later than 10:00am on March 21, 2024 and should be addressed as follows:

Minimum specifications are as follows:
Approximately 44 body worn cameras
50 body camera molle mounts and/or uniform mounts
4 Docking station(s) for cameras with capacity for 16 cameras
Unlimited cloud based digital evidence storage and associated software licensing
44 data cables to interface with body cameras
5 year warranty service on body cameras, docking stations, software, and customer support
Auto-Redaction software Auto-Tagging software

The City of Somerset reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
