Request for Proposals – Surplus Property – Former System Operation Center
The Henderson Water Utility is seeking Proposals for the sale and future use of the HWU
System Operation Center properties at and near 230 North Alvasia Street, in the City of
Henderson. The properties have been declared surplus, are no longer needed for the
operations of HWU, and are to be sold through a best evaluated bid proposal.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Henderson Water and Sewer Commission of the City of Henderson, Kentucky will receive sealed
competitive bids at its office at 1383 Commonwealth Drive, Henderson, Kentucky 42420, until 1:30 p.m.
(CST), on the 12th day of January 2024, at which time the Bids will be opened and considered for the
