The work for the OLD WEBSTER ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT shall consist of culvert replacement on Old Webster Road along No Name Brook, but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of the following:

• Remove existing pavement and replace the existing 12.8’ (rise) x 12’ (span) corrugated metal pipe with a single 9’-11” (rise) x 31’-4” (span) aluminum box culvert and concrete footings in accordance with the US Army Corps (ACOE) Stream Crossing Programmatic Notification Form (NAE-2021-02812-MOD).
• Provide bypassing, dewatering, and erosion control measures during construction.
• Box-cut and install roadway gravel. Pave disturbed roadway sections. Grind butt joins as needed. Repair lawn areas as necessary.
• Remove and reset guardrail within the limits shown.
• Maintenance of traffic control.
o Contractor shall maintain 1-way alternating traffic on Old Webster Road.
o However, closure of Old Webster Road will be allowed for up to six (6) weeks. Completely closing traffic lanes will only be approved upon review of the traffic control and detour plan(s).
