Supply and maintenance services for portable bathrooms throughout Caroline County parks and special events.
Proposal Deadline: March 1, 2024
Maintenance Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide routine, comprehensive maintenance and cleaning services for each unit and shall include:
Removing the waste from the toilet tanks and refilling it with a clean solution.
Removing the grey water and refilling it with clean water for the hand washing stations.
Supplying the units with toilet paper.
Supplying hand soap and filling it with solutions.
Supplying the units with hand sanitizer dispensers and refilling with solutions.
Removing debris and litter from the inside of the units, disposing of the debris, and remove from the site.
Removing debris and litter from the exterior in a five-foot radius around the units. 8. Cleaning of the interior and exterior of the units to remove dirt, biohazards
& graffiti.
Responded to any needed repairs due to failure or vandalism within 24 hours of notice.
General Purchasing Requirements for Caroline County
1. Insurance required by the terms of this Contract,
a. General Liability – Minimum $2,000,000
i. This can be a combination of General Liability & Umbrella
OR
ii. $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
b. Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required by law.
c. All required coverages shall include and specifically name the “Caroline County Commissioners” as an additional insured and loss payee with respect to
all operations under the Contract.
2. Federal Taxpayer Identification Certificate (W-9)All first-time vendors doing business with Caroline County must provide a standard “Federal
Taxpayer Identification Certificate W-9”.
3. Tax-exempt
Caroline County Local Government is tax-exempt, and a certificate of exemption shall be provided.
4. Must be in Good Standing with MD SDAT
