Caroline County Recreation and Parks produces a two-day outdoor festival on the third weekend in August annually. The Friday/ Saturday festival schedule also includes a Sunday rain date if required for the Saturday program schedule only. The production requires a variety of pole and frame tents, 6’ & 8’ banquet tables and folding chairs to be delivered as specified. The quantities listed below are based on the production needs in 2023 but maybe modified for the 2024 event. Modifications would be completed by July 7, 2024
