Sealed bids for construction of Clews Street Sewer Installation Project, Contract 2024-PS01, for the Town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, shall be mailed to the Office of the Town Manager located at 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts 01545, until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, on April 18, 2024 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work includes construction of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 6-inch fused HDPE sewer force main, 1,500 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, 1,600 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer, an inverted sewer siphon, demolition/abandonment of an existing pump station and a new sewer pump station.

Completed orders may be picked up at the office of Accent Printing located at 99 Chelmsford Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 (978-362-8038), from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Copies may also be shipped to prospective bidders for an additional charge to cover handling and mailing fees. All payments for printing and shipping are nonrefundable. For addition to the project plan holder’s list to guarantee receipt of addenda, it is recommended interested bidders obtain the Contract Documents directly from Accent. Interested bidders will be prompted to register an email address with Accent to access the documents.
