The Town of Braintree hereby solicits bids for construction of bioretention basin, plantings, wooden guard rail and stone dust path. Bids shall be due on April 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Engineering Office, on the bottom floor of the Water and Sewer building located at 85 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid deposits and Payment Bonds are required. The Town of Braintree reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or to cancel this IFB if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
