All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Division in Pavement-Surfacing. Only bidders who are pre-qualified at the time of the bid opening shall be eligible for award of the contract. All proposals submitted by non-qualified bidders are subject to rejection by the Town of Danvers.
