The following questions were submitted by e-mail on April 1, 2024:
1. Question: Does the district require extended warranty coverage for the telephones, or is the
manufacturer's one (year) warranty sufficient with pre-purchased spares?
Answer: The District does not want extended warranty (or maintenance) on phones. Instead,
they will be asking for 10% growth for 12-button sets and 8% growth for 3-button sets.
2. Question: How many spares should we add if Fraser selects the standard one-year handset
warranty?
Answer: Please provide 10% growth for 12-button sets and 8% growth for 3-button sets.
