REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES
For YOUTH BASEBALL/SOFTBALL COMPLEX
The City of Apple Valley is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for construction of a youth baseball/softball complex at Hayes Park. The selected CMAR will need to coordinate their services and work with City staff and the City’s selected landscape architectural firm for the Project, Confluence Inc., during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 471.463, the City is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms that provide CMAR services and have a proven track record of performing as a CMAR on projects similar to the Project.
Responses to the Request for Qualifications will be received until noon, Friday, March 8, 2024, at the office of Eric Carlson, Parks & Recreation Director, City of Apple Valley, 7100 147th Street W., Apple Valley, Minnesota 55124. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the City.
