Proposals may be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Purchasing Division office or uploaded electronically on this e-bidding website. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Purchasing Division, 701 E. Broadway, 5th Floor, Columbia, MO 65201 by the closing date and time. Proposals received after the appointed time will be time stamped and marked as late. Late proposals will not be opened and will not be considered in the evaluation. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and marked in bold letters “RFP 48/2024”.
No fax or e-mail proposals shall be accepted.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ADDENDUM #1
RFP #48/2024
Offeror shall note the following information in regard to the above Request for Proposal and
incorporate this information in their submittal. Offerors shall attach a signed acknowledged
copy of this addendum to their bid response.
Sample contract and other attachments are being added to the RFP and will be included in
Addendum 2 once they are completed.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ADDENDUM #1
The undersigned Respondent hereby certifies that the information set forth in this Addendum
#1 has been incorporated in their proposal and are a part of Request for Proposal No.
48/2024. All other provisions of the proposal documents, except as herein stated, shall
remain in force as written.
