NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ADDENDUM #2 to RFP 50/2024: REHABILITATE RUNWAY 2-20
Bidders shall note these changes to the above RFP and incorporate these changes in their bid. Bidders shall
attach a signed acknowledged copy of this addendum to their bid, if submitting a hard copy (via paper) or
agree to the addendum electronically if submitting through the electronic bid system on-line.
This addendum consists of the inclusion of the following documents:
1) Clarifications:
ADDENDUM #1 PAGE NUMBERS:
Addendum No. 1 pages shall read Page 1 of 4, Page 2 of 4, Page 3 of 4 and Page 4 of 4, respectively.
ITEM NO. 25 - BID ITEM NO. PLAN NOTES – RUNWAY 2 MALSR THRESHOLD LIGHT
BAR CONCRETE REPAIR – PER 1 LS:
The Contractor shall assume that 20 SF of Concrete Spall Repairs shall be included in this Lump Sum
pay item. If additional spall repair quantity beyond 20 SF is required to complete this Lump Sum pay
item work associated with the Runway 2 MALSR Threshold Light Bar, that spall repair work shall be
paid under Item No. 9 – BID ITEM NO. SP-2-5.1 SPALL REPAIRS per the as-bid unit price per SF.
The same material and methods as specified in Technical Specification Item SP-2 RIGID
PAVEMENT REPAIR shall apply to all Concrete Spall Repairs required to complete Item No. 25.
BID RESPONSE:
The new Bid Response form provided in Addendum #1 shall replace Section I – NOTICE TO
BIDDERS-7 and SECTION I-NOTICE TO BIDDERS-8. The remainder of the BID RESPONSE
form remains the same as provided in the Issued for Bid Project Manual.
