Vendor shall provide Descriptive literature for each proposed shelter as well as any proposed alternate item using
any of the following methods: by uploading and attaching to their bid response; by emailing literature to the Buyer
named on page 1 of this document; or by mailing descriptive literature to the City of Columbia Purchasing Division,
701 E. Broadway, 5TH Floor, Columbia, MO 65205. Literature sent via U. S. Mail must be received by the City
Purchasing Division prior to Bid Closing Date and Time. (Please write bid number on outside of envelope.)
Vendor shall provide a standard color pallet.

5 Alternate Items/Substitutions
All Alternate Items/Substitutions shall be of equal functionality and quality that shall be pre-approved by the City.
Contractor shall include detailed manufacturer's specification sheets for each alternative product(s) submitted for
