The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking Engineering Design Services from a qualified firm to prepare plans and specifications for the Wyatt Road (7 Hwy to Adams Dairy Parkway) Reconstruction Project.

The project will consist of the following: topographic and boundary survey, development of plans, specifications, contract documents, and estimates, development of right-of-way documentation and exhibits, public involvement, comprehensive utility coordination service, bidding assistance and construction services.

The project design components will include grading, new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, hydraulic analysis, culvert extension and/or replacement, storm sewer, street lighting, ADA-Compliant sidewalks, bike facilities, signing, pavement marking, water main, and sanitary sewer design.

The City has identified city funds to construct this project in 2024; meeting the project schedule as outlined is critical to the delivery of this project.
