2024 URBAN TRAIL MAINTENANCE

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., March 28, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work will generally consist of demolition; excavation; grading; curbs and sidewalks; seeding and mulching; trail signage and all appurtenant work as indicated on the drawings and as specified.
There will be a prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on March 20, 2024, in the 1st floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.
Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
