    The following questions were submitted by prospective submitters, and are answered as follows:
    1. Can I get a copy of any addenda that have been released to date?
    Answer: None released to date.
    2. What is the estimated construction budget?
    Answer: The bid should not include construction costs. Any room changes will be approved and
    performed by BCS employees.
    3. Can I get a copy of the plan holders list?
    Answer: Yes, a copy of the plan holders list is available.
