Description: This project expands the parking area, improves drainage, and pedestrian facilities at the Potter Marsh South parking facility, located at the intersection of Potter Valley Road and Old Seward Highway. Work also includes resurfacing the entire parking area, replacing signage, relocation of mailboxes, striping, and landscaping. Additive alternative 1 includes installation of a single concrete vaulted toilet.
