3600 Spenard Heat ConversionProject

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept sealed bids from responsive and responsible contractors for the 3600 Spenard Heat Conversion Project. The project site is at the parcel located at 3600 Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503.

The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, installation and perform all work necessary to complete the 3600 Spenard Heat Conversion Project, as described in the construction drawings, adhering to all applicable local, state and federal regulatory building codes and standards. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing VRF water source heat pump and terminal equipment serving first floor and replace with fan coil units connected to existing boiler system.

Work is expected to begin about November 20, 2023, and is estimated to be completed by January 31, 2024. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for the project.
