To All Prospective Bidders:
RE: RFP #B23-09-025 COVID-19 After-Action Report and Improvement Plan,
Addendum #1
The following is a list of questions and answers requested for the above referenced RFP
as of October 25, 2023:
1. I see that the RFP requests a paper mail submission, would the county accept a
digital submission?
Response: The County is not set-up to accept digital submissions so we will not be
able to fulfill this request.
2. Given the extensive number of interviews (up to 200) along with other data collection
and analysis required to accomplish the SOW, has the county set a not to exceed
(NTE) budget for the effort that you can share with bidders??
Response: $85,000.
