1) Initial Response: Your request for an extension of time to provide a proposal for
RFP -Next Gen 9-1-1 Core Services- ESINet 24-01-3211GC has been received. Due
to the project timelines set forth by the Navajo Nation, which are described in
“Exhibit A” of “Next Gen 9-1-1 Core Services- ESINet 24-01-3211GC ”, and
concerns with potential worldwide supply chain delays, it is not feasible to grant your
request. If you choose to proceed with your bid, we are available via email to provide
you with technical information as needed to facilitate your response.
2) Final Response: Based on the last executive meeting, it was determined to extend
the deadline for submittal RFP “NEXT GEN 911 CORE SERVICES/ESINET” BID#
24-01-3211GC to February 6, 2024. The addendum to the dates will be posted on the
Office of Controller’s website @ www.nnooc.org.

The locations are listed on Page 33 of the RFP. Kayenta does not have an address so
the coordinates are listed, however, they are inaccurate on the RFP document and an
amendment will be released soon. Here are the locations listed on Page 33:CPE Data
Center in Shiprock: NTUA/NOC DC W. HWY 64 Shiprock, NM 87420 . New
Primary PSAP B in Kayenta (Corrected Coordinates): 36.712944, -110.252750

The address listed in the RFP is NTUA/NOC DC W. HWY 64 Shiprock, NM 87420.
The Navajo Nation doesn’t have complete addressing. This GPS on Internet Explorer

PSAP/IP Facility terminates in Shiprock unless a separate Split A/B CPE design is
recommended then it goes to both locations: Shiprock and Ya-Ta-Hey.

How many wireline telephone numbers are there in Navajo
Nation?

We do not have data for this answer. Based on cell phone usage, it is estimated that
approximately less than 20,000 people have wireline telephone numbers.
