BID NOTICE

Garland County is seeking bids for the equipment and installation of Seven Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) for the GC Government Building 200 Woodbine until 2:00 p.m., April 24, 2024. The bids will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid should include all materials and workmanship to furnish and complete installation of HVAC matching the specifications.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“HVAC FOR GOVERNMENT BUILDING”

“Please Note: We do not accept bids by fax or email. They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
