RFP NOTICE

Garland County is seeking proposals for the procurement and installation of an Industrial Generator for the GC Courthouse until 2:00 p.m., March 28, 2024. The RFP will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposal should include all materials and workmanship to furnish and complete installation of generator matching the specifications.

Proposals must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Industrial Generator”

“Please Note: We do not accept proposals by fax or email. They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Proposal forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Only sealed proposal will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or a portion thereof.
