Title: Storm Water Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination and Municipal Stormwater Guidance Plan Development and Management

The main deliverables for this project are to produce an approved and adopted IDDE Guidance Plan and an updated Clean Water Program Storm Water Management Plan (CWP SWMP) for municipalities located within Lake County and create any outreach and training materials needed for agencies and partners to fully implement the plans. This project will work within a current grant awarded by the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake.
