Sealed Bids will be received by the Routt County hereinafter referred to as the "County", until 2:00 p.m., local time, March 15th, 2024, for the Wastewater Collection System Improvement Project. Bids received after said closing time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

At said place all Bids that have been duly received will be opened privately. Bids shall be emailed as called for in the Instructions to Bidders.

The work for the collection project generally includes 6,458 feet of cured in place pipe lining and interior coatings for 184 feet of total manhole depth. This project anticipates funding from the Colorado State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program. Bidder’s attention is called to the SRF requirements in the bid package.
