Request for Proposals
Facility Window Replacement Project
The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is currently soliciting proposals to perform the removal and installation/replacement of seven double-pane casement exterior windows and required trim, priming and painting/staining associated with each unit at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant.

or by a sealed, hardcopy delivery mailed to the attention of Josh Johnson at: Snake River WWTP 4344 Swan Mountain Road Dillon, CO 80435 by 2:00 pm MST Thursday April 27, 2023. Proposals received after 2:00pm MST, will NOT be accepted.
At said time and place, all accepted proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.
Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
