HURRICANE IAN PERMANENT REPAIRS FOR

FIXED WEIR (FW) NO. 123 EROSION REPAIRS

The City of North Port will be requesting sealed bids from a licensed and experienced Contractor capable of performing permanent repairs to City’s infrastructure due to Hurricane Ian. The work may include, but is not limited to, structural and drainage constructions services as described within this bid document.

FEDERAL FUNDING: The projects, programs, and activities to be funded under this Agreement are fully or partially funded by Federal funding, grants and disaster assistance from various federal and state agencies including the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

All potential Bidders are recommended but not required, to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference which will be conducted to discuss contractor requirements and to answer questions regarding the bid requirements. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Meeting is to provide a briefing on the City’s expectations and performance requirements for submission of Bid documents.
