Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept sealed bids
until 3:00 p.m. (CST) April 24 2024 for the Shalimar Park/Port Dixie Ballfield Drainage Project.
Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at Vendor Registry through the
link provided below:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site at Shalimar Park/Port Dixie Ballfield located at 75
4th Avenue, Shalimar, Florida 32579 at 11:00 A.M. on April 10, 2024, Local Time. No consideration will be
given for additional compensation as a result of failure on the part of the Contractor to fully familiarize himself
with the site, the conditions of the work, or other factors affecting the work.
Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/bid description, all responses must be submitted using Vendor Registry only.
No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be accepted by Vendor Registry until
3:00 p.m. (CST) April 24, 2024 at which time all timely submitted bids will be opened and reviewed. The County
reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality
in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best
interest and its decision shall be final.
