RFQ AP 71-23
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL,
will accept proposals until 3:00 p.m. (CST) October 18, 2023, for Design through
Construction Services to Construct Shade Structures over the Rental Car Ready Return Lot
at The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS).
Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at Vendor
Registry through the link provided below:

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted
using Vendor Registry only. No other means of submission of responses will be
accepted. Responses will be accepted by Vendor Registry until 3:00 p.m. CST October
18, 2023, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed.
The County reserves the right to award the proposal to the most qualified respondent.
Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the proposals and the resulting Agreement that
is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
